Overnight stay:

  • Stayed overnight because of 2-hour drive home (+ hotel stay during the night before surgery)

Recovery at home:

  • Received a contact number in case he had any questions.
  • Received instructions on when to contact the GP
  • Received a booklet on physio + appointment
  • Choice of aids to take home
